initial_transaction_update

When it fires

This event is triggered when the status of an initial transaction changes. It is either:

• created (when first submitted via Send an initial transaction)
• validated (when the store is properly set up in our system)
• rejected (when we cannot set up the store, with a rejection reason)

Payload fields

Field	Type	Description
event	String	The name of the webhook event.
eventType	String	The type of event: created, validated or rejected.
customer	Object	The member concerned.
customer.id	String	Spaycial's member id.
customer.externalId	String	Your member id.
initialTransaction	Object	The initial transaction that changed.
initialTransaction.id	String	The initial transaction identifier.
initialTransaction.amount	Number	The amount of the initial transaction.
initialTransaction.storeExternalId	String, nullable	The store id in your repository. Null when the store was created in the field with no client identifier available yet; see googlePlaceId and storeName in that case.
initialTransaction.googlePlaceId	String, optional	The store's Google place id, present only when storeExternalId is null.
initialTransaction.storeName	String, optional	The store's name, present only when storeExternalId is null.
initialTransaction.status	String	The status of the initial transaction: created, validated or rejected.
initialTransaction.rejectionReason	String	The rejection reason of the initial transaction, if rejected. Possible values: purchaseNotFound (the transaction could not be found in our system), bankConsentExpired (the bank consent has expired).
initialTransaction.transactionDate	String	The date of the transaction, declared by you (YYYY-MM-DD).
initialTransaction.transactionId	String, nullable	The id of the transaction in our system, provided only if automatically matched.
initialTransaction.date	String	The date the initial transaction was created (ISO 8601 format).
